Type II Procedure (Administrative)

Type II decisions are made by the City Planning Official or designee with public notice, and an opportunity for a public hearing if appealed. Type II decisions may be heard by Planning Commission. The appeal of a Type II decision is heard by the Planning Commission.  A pre-application meeting wit the applicant may be required.
